Hexed: Part Two
The Baron and the gang leader Finsbury wandered off to Finsbury's ship to negotiate the sale of the Hex. Memorising the entrance code, the Baron proceeded to open up a hip flask of rather lethal single malt Uisge. Continuing their drinking after a vast amount of meaningless twaddle, the universe was set to rights and the Baron was still standing. Finsbury escorted him off the ship before passing out in the captains chair.
The Baron hastened into the bar just in time to join in the chorus of 'Who's got my leg?' and to initiate a version of 'The asteroid has got no hole' that would both shock and shame his mother. Whilst the gangers were preoccupied bellowing a particularly off key verse the Baron grabbed Kordau who was leering at a hoverbike advert featuring an impractically scantily dressed holo model and signalled to TC McQueen who pretended to be carried out by the Baron.
Baron having changed plans so often that even he wasn't sure what the currently plan was lead the crew, including the Tillen who rocked up at the last minute to board Finsbury's star ship.
Finbury was out cold. Just to be sure Kordau punched him in the face repeatedly with his gauntleted fist. It seemed to do the trick. The Baron turned to the only qualified pilot in the group and came to the sudden realisation that Kordau was utterly wasted. Thankfully, the Baron was quite liberal when it came to drink driving, in fact he was pretty liberal about most things. Seating Kordau in the pilots seat and rustling up a mug of the local caffeinated beverage they prepared to set off. Kordau flicked on the comms switch and was about to speak when a flustered Baron ran up and flicked it off again.
Cue several frantic minutes of the Baron running from the mining laser turret to the bridge trying to keep
28mm Exodus Wars Tarragin WIP Showcase
Included are some of the work in progress sculpts for the Tarragin. The Tarragin are an aggressive, symbiotic race that were almost entirely exterminated in a cleansing purge by the Royal Empire. The scattered remnants form mercenary bands and plot eternal vengence against the Empire.
This model is equipped with a blaster pistol. It's not overly sophisticated but it's size gives it a suitable amount of power to punch through enemy armour.
The Tarragin were originally introduced as Mercenaries in the Guild army list. We included a formation of them in our 6mm range. However, in the 28mm game they truely come into their element. The model below can be recognised as a duplicate of the 6mm squad leader.

28mm Exodus Wars Royal Empire Conscripts with shotguns
Imperial conscripts fight on many environments across the galaxy, all with differing conditions.
This calls for a variety of weapons. The shotgun is a venerable design still in service. It is small enough to be used with ease in cramped conditions, like the bowels of a starship or when storming buildings for example. It also lives up to the Royal Empire mandate being cheap and easy to build and maintain.
Packs Contains:
2 x Conscript with shotguns (2 variants)

28mm Wombles with guns
Sadly not an Exodus Wars invention, but such a cool concept that I had to cross post.
I've always been a fan of Kev White and this is another cracker from an already superb range.

Exodus Wars is coming to Perth, Western Australia
Due to popular demand, I will be travelling to Perth to represent Exodus Wars and will bring a plethora of pre-releases, goodies and loud vocal tones.
Usual rules apply, application of beer can shift around items on the release schedule and any genius ideas for models will be stolen and put into production.
Many thanks to Travis Bentley, the Perthian who arranged this trip and who is arranging for a suitable barrage of entertainment.
I'll be there from April the 16th to the 30th and will post up details of events during this period closer to the time. It's on the run up to Exodus Wars 7th Anniversary so expect a lot of news and goodies.
