28mm Tarragin Zombie

It's dark times for the Tarragin, despite their alien physiology even they are not immune to infection. With the adding size and strength of the Tarragin, the zombies make an imposing opponent for any mercenary.

28mm Tarragin Assault Troops

Following on from my post yesterday, we have the Tarragin Assault Troops. The Tarragin are born naturals in close combat. They have the size and strength necessary to tear through the enemy ranks with tooth and claw.

28mm Tarragin Line Troops

Introducing the Tarragin, a brand new entry into our 28mm range. These aliens are huge, standing up to 11cm in height (excluding weapons), the larger models look like they could go tank rolling as a hobby.

Below, we've some painted examples of the basic infantry. These guys provide the bulk of the firepower and are equipped with some pretty potent weapons, the sheer size of the weapons gives them a significant advantage against their opponents armour.

Because of the models size, we've supplied them with 40mm slotted bases with rims.

From left to right they are equipped with:

• Acid gun
• Blaster rifle
• Blaster rifle

6mm Tarragin

It was always destined to happen. Whilst not everything we do in 6mm can be done in 28mm, everything we do in 28mm WILL be done in 6mm. Here are a few of the new Tarragin warriors. Note that we've even got a 6mm Zombie Tarragin! These will be packaged into a Tarragin company sized formation with the zombie being component only until we can do the Zombie Aliens pack (which will definitely include a zombie Zuskian and Khazari, maybe even a zombie Tillen or Gurdan).

28mm Exodus Wars Tarragin WIP Showcase

Included are some of the work in progress sculpts for the Tarragin. The Tarragin are an aggressive, symbiotic race that were almost entirely exterminated in a cleansing purge by the Royal Empire. The scattered remnants form mercenary bands and plot eternal vengence against the Empire.

This model is equipped with a blaster pistol. It's not overly sophisticated but it's size gives it a suitable amount of power to punch through enemy armour.

The Tarragin were originally introduced as Mercenaries in the Guild army list. We included a formation of them in our 6mm range. However, in the 28mm game they truely come into their element. The model below can be recognised as a duplicate of the 6mm squad leader.

The model below features a blaster gun. With all of our weapons we wanted to introduce a pulp science fiction feel to the range as well as giving a potent physical presence.

The art has been signed off, the list of sculpts finalized and sculpting has commenced. Keep your eyes peeled for the sculpts when they are completed!
